Terms of service

WonderAds is operated by WonderLabs (“WonderAds”, “we”, “us”). These terms are an agreement between us and the person or business using WonderAds (“you”).

By creating a workspace or using WonderAds you agree to these terms. If you use WonderAds for a business, you confirm you can agree to them for that business.

WonderAds helps you find and grow customers. It can:

• read public information about your product from the links you give us;
• estimate where your customers are and what a budget could achieve;
• make ads with the help of AI, from your own brand materials;
• launch and manage campaigns on the advertising platforms you choose;
• measure results through the tracking you install.

Estimates are ranges, not promises. Advertising results depend on many things outside our control, including the platforms themselves, and we don’t guarantee any particular number of customers, sales or results.

• You must be 18 or over and give us accurate details.
• Keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what your team members do.
• Agencies may create workspaces for their clients and are responsible for having their clients’ permission to do so.
• Tell us straight away at hello@wonderads.io if you think someone else has used your account.

You own your brand, your content and the ads made for you. You give us permission to use them only to provide WonderAds to you: to make, show, store and run your ads, and to improve the results of your own campaigns.

You are responsible for your ads, including that:

• you have the rights to the logos, images, names and claims in them;
• what they say is true, and you can back up any claim they make;
• they follow the advertising platforms’ policies and the law where they run;
• they have any approval the law requires where they run, for example vetting by the Advertising Regulatory Council of Nigeria for adverts aimed at Nigeria.

Ads made with AI are drafts until you keep them. Nothing is launched until you approve it on the review page. Platforms may reject or remove ads; when they do, we tell you why.

• Plans are billed monthly in the currency you choose, at the price shown on our pricing page when you subscribe. Taxes are added where the law requires.
• You can cancel at any time. Your plan continues until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and isn’t refunded for part of a month.
• Monthly AI credits reset each month and don’t carry over. Credit packs are for subscribers and don’t expire while your workspace is open.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.

Where it’s available, you can pay for advertising through the WonderAds wallet instead of your own ad accounts. The wallet holds closed-loop prepaid ad credit: a prepayment for WonderAds’ own managed advertising service.

• We place your ads on advertising accounts we hold for you, pay the platforms ourselves, and draw your wallet down by the actual spend plus the service fee for your plan.
• Wallet credit is not a bank account, not e-money and not a deposit. It earns no interest.
• Wallet credit is not withdrawable and can’t be exchanged for cash. It is not transferable to another person or another workspace, and can’t be used for anything other than advertising through WonderAds.
• If you close your wallet or your workspace, we refund unused credit to the original payment method, net of spend already committed to running ads. Service fees on spend already placed are not refunded.
• Where a top-up in one currency pays for advertising billed in another, the exchange rate is fixed at top-up and shown on your receipt.
• You receive a receipt, with tax where it applies, for every top-up, and a monthly statement.
• Spending on the platforms is capped at your wallet balance. When the balance reaches its floor, campaigns pause until you top up.
• Before your first wallet campaign we may ask you to verify your business or identity, and we review each workspace’s first wallet campaign.
• Some categories of advertising can’t run through the wallet, including financial services, health claims and political advertising.

When you connect your own advertising account, the platform bills you directly under its own terms, and you remain responsible to the platform for that account. We never charge a percentage of spend on your own ad accounts.

You can disconnect an account at any time from Settings, or from the platform itself. We keep sign-in tokens encrypted and use them only to run what you ask for.

We never sell your data, or your customers’ data, to anyone. We don’t rent it, trade it, or let others use it for their own advertising.

We use your data only to provide WonderAds to you, as our privacy policy explains. When you track conversions, you are responsible for telling your own customers, and for getting their consent where the law requires it; we process that data on your behalf.

• Advertise anything illegal, deceptive or harmful, or anything the platforms prohibit.
• Use WonderAds to send spam, scrape other services, or get around a platform’s limits.
• Try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to WonderAds or other people’s workspaces.
• Resell or re-expose WonderAds as your own service without a written agreement with us.

You can close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or close a workspace that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or doesn’t pay, and we’ll tell you why unless the law stops us. If we close a workspace, unused wallet credit is refunded as described above.

We provide WonderAds with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for the advertising platforms’ decisions, outages or policies, or for losses you couldn’t reasonably have expected.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow to be limited. Otherwise, our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, not counting wallet credit used for ad spend.

If something goes wrong, email us first at hello@wonderads.io. Most things can be put right quickly and directly.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll tell you by email and in the app at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
