Deleting your data

Email hello@wonderads.io from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my data”. Tell us the workspace name if you have more than one.

We’ll confirm we have your request within 2 working days, and confirm again by email when the deletion is complete.

If you connected WonderAds to Meta and want to remove it and the data we received from Facebook or Instagram:

1. On Facebook, open Settings and privacy, then Settings.
2. Go to Business integrations (sometimes called Apps and websites).
3. Find WonderAds and choose Remove.
4. Tick the option to delete posts, videos or events WonderAds may have published for you, if you want them removed too, and confirm.

This stops WonderAds reaching your Meta accounts straight away. To delete what we already received from Meta, also email us as described above, and we’ll delete it and confirm.

Signed in, go to Settings, then Connections, and choose Disconnect next to the platform. Its sign-in token is deleted at once. Campaigns on that account stop being managed by WonderAds but keep running on the platform until you pause them there.

• Your profile and sign-in details.
• Your workspace, products, brand kit, ads and campaign settings.
• Platform sign-in tokens and everything we received from the platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
• Conversion events and tracking data for your products.
• Support conversations.

The law requires us to keep invoices, receipts and payment records, usually for six years. We keep only what the law requires, separate from everything else, and delete it when the period ends. Anonymised, aggregated benchmarks that can’t identify you aren’t affected.

We delete your data within 30 days of your request. Copies in encrypted backups are removed as those backups expire in the normal cycle. Wallet credit is refunded before a workspace with a balance is deleted; see our terms.
