Privacy policy

WonderAds is operated by WonderLabs. For the information about you and your workspace, we decide how it’s used (we are the “controller”). For your customers’ data that reaches us through your tracking, we act on your instructions (we are your “processor”).

• Your account: name, email, phone number if you add one, and your sign-in details from Google, Apple or email.
• Your workspace and products: the links you give us, what we read from those public pages, your brand kit, your ads and your campaign settings.
• Ad platform data: when you connect an ad account, the campaigns, spend and results the platform shares with us.
• Conversion events: from the tracking you install, events like a sign-up, a trial or an order, with the ad that led to it. Email addresses and phone numbers are hashed before they are sent to any platform, and we don’t store raw IP addresses with events.
• Payments: invoices, receipts and your billing details. Card numbers are handled by our payment providers, never stored by us.
• Support: the messages you send us and the context you choose to attach.
• This website: which pages are visited and which of our own ads brought visitors here, measured with our own first-party script.

• To provide WonderAds: reading your product, making and running your ads, and showing your results (to perform our contract with you).
• To keep WonderAds safe and working, prevent fraud and fix problems (our legitimate interests).
• To meet legal duties such as tax records and responding to lawful requests (legal obligation).
• To send you the monthly note, only if you sign up for it, and you can stop any time (consent).

We use benchmarks built from anonymised, aggregated results across workspaces to make estimates better. They never identify you, your products or your customers.

We never sell your data. We share it only where it’s needed to provide WonderAds:

• the advertising platforms you choose, to run your ads and to send them hashed conversion events so they can find more people like your customers;
• service providers who host our systems, process payments, send email and WhatsApp messages, and run the AI models that help make ads, under contracts that limit their use to providing that service;
• your team members and, for agencies, the clients you invite to approve work;
• authorities, where the law requires it.

Our providers may process data outside your country. When data leaves the UK, the European Economic Area or Nigeria, we use the safeguards the law requires, such as standard contractual clauses.

• Your account and workspace data: while your workspace is open, and deleted within 30 days of closing it.
• Conversion events: while your workspace is open, then deleted with it.
• Invoices, receipts and ledger records: as long as tax and accounting law requires, usually six years.

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and object to or restrict how we use it. Under UK and EU GDPR and Nigeria’s Data Protection Act you can also complain to your data protection authority.

Email hello@wonderads.io and we’ll reply within 30 days. To delete everything, see data deletion.

The business whose ad you clicked decides how your data is used, and their privacy policy applies. We process it for them. If you ask us, we’ll pass your request on to them and help them answer it.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember choices like your currency. On this website we measure our own advertising with a first-party script. If we ever add a platform’s pixel to this site, we’ll ask for your consent first.

WonderAds is for businesses and people aged 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect data from children.

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we’ll tell you by email and in the app before it takes effect.
